The framing matters
as much as the finish.

The whole job, done properly, across Launceston and Northern Tasmania.

One build, start to finish

Here's a job the way we see it: foundations, the frame, lock up, fit out, and the finish. Different houses, same care at every stage.

We set out every job ourselves and check it twice before the first pour.

A straight frame sets the scene for the whole job. If it's out here, it's out everywhere.

Lock up03 / 05

Lock up is when a house starts to feel like one. It's also when we check the frame again, before anything covers it.

Fit out04 / 05

This is the part people photograph. It only looks this good because of the four stages before it.

Who we are

We're a team of nine tradesmen, building homes and commercial projects across Launceston and Northern Tasmania. We started in 2017 with a simple idea: bring the discipline of commercial construction to residential work, and the care of residential work to commercial sites. Many of the people we built for in year one are the people we're building for again now.
